Contribution to College

Most of the ex-students express their desire to contribute for the upliftment of college facilities from the Corpus created from member’s fee. We propose 3 types of membership but Contribution is a personal choice of ex-students but to recognize and felicitate for contributing members membership will be divided in below 3 types

The members will appear with their membership number and photograph.

Note: There will be complete financial control and expenses decision will be approved from contributing members before taking any decision. 3-5 members from the board will be selected from contributing members and they will approve a final budget for the approved projects.

The corpus funds will remain in our association funds and only approved projects payments and scholarshipsto toppers will be done from this corpus. The board will decide to freeze corpus funds in fixed deposits to earn interest for the growth of the funds

First project is to update all the ex-students data in the members directory segregating faculty and year of completing 12^th

The suggestions will be taken from contributing members for various projects for upliftment of college and as per priority will be approved by the board. The cheque books will have 3 signatories and minimum two has to sign.
